Aww Lindy, I'm glad they got back to you, and that the situation is now resolved. It still angers me, that you weren't contacted, but hopefully they'll ensure nothing like this happens again. Hope you and hubby are doing ok hun. Take care. xx

I'm glad you have had some resolution of this which will hopefully make it easier to come to terms with losing Smokey.
I know I can find it much more difficult to keep track and remember , or even entirely fully take in, exactly what is/was said, or meant, under such highly distressing and emotional circumstances. Best wishes to you and your husband in coming to terms with Smokey's passing. |

I agree with Tass, about not possibly taking in all that was said, when you are so emotional about the situation, but at least they have had to answer for their actions.
Smokey knew she was very much loved. |
