Jason Gardiner's "tree" comments to Sharron led to her daughter getting picked on in school. The fact that Jason said what he did tonight means that it's just going to get worse. His words are leading to innocent children getting their feelings hurt by others. He needs to publicly apologise to her, realise what he is doing by saying these things and accept responsibility for his actions. I very much doubt he'll do that though.

It is so NOT bothering me, but amused at the furore JG has caused, just what ITV want!!!

I think this is a good point. There's giving an image to describe a performance, and then there's just plain unnecessary. Jason needs to remember that it's not all about him and his comments, kids are picking up on everything that's said.
I usually find his comments quite entertaining, but tonight I was quite shocked! It may go over a lot of kids heads, but some will pick up on it for sure!

Oh come off it, like ITV are going to sack him. Remember when papers cried for Craig to be sacked (right after the first ever Strictly Come Dancing IIRC) - it built talk about the show, free publicity and viewing figures soared.

Saying that, I agree that he was out of order tonight. Obviously his snide 9no offemce, Frankie' meant that he obviously meant to offend and wanted to get his point across (he would've kept quiet or said it in another way otherwise).

Frankly I'd prefer Jason and Emma to leave the panel and to be replaced by a retired or current ice dancer, who'd have more justifiable experience. I doubt it'll ever happen, though.

Jason made himself look foolish and desperate for attention tonight. I'm sure he regrets it now, but taking it back would be too much of aloss of face. What a silly man!

BTW I really enjoyed Sharron and Pav's routine, she looked beautiful when she smiled on completing her required element successfully, she seemed to really relax and take pleasure in what she was doing for the first time.

Slappers R Us would like to see Jason skate but he can't skate - can he. He really crossed the line tonight. On another thread one poster said he was and I quote "a big softie". I beg to disagree. He is catty and he seems to have it in for Sharron. The other week he compared her to a tree and her little girl was teased at school. This week his insulting behaviour was even worse when called her "flying faecal matter that won't flush". I shudder to think how Sharron's daughter will be teased this week. I would like to flush scummy Gardiner down the toilet so he can socialise with his friends - after all like calls to like. He really is a piece of sh*t.

The lyrics to the music she was dancing to were so fitting. I think she really danced that routine from the heart. And she looked very graceful doing it.

Pav comes across as lovely too.

be interesting to see how many people complain officially to ITV - I know I'm going to..... he needs to be removed, why is he allowed to get away with it? and that comment to Frankie? was she the 'dog' or 'bone' - thought he might have been having a dig at her affair with Seaman?..... still uncalled for.... as far as I am concerned, there's only one way a bully learns.... he needs a lesson.

Jason's comments about Frankie were bad enough, though she looks like a woman who can totally handle herself...and she could handle Jason.

Sharon is not great but Jason has been horrible to her from the start and it is obviously upsetting her. Not nice to watch.
