Head Judge- say something to jason?
bingoman

Why has'nt Head Judge Robin Cousin's not told Jason off for some of his Stupid comments tonight

I thought the Head Judge's job not only talk about the skating and rountine but to tell the other Judges that they are out of order but to especially to Jason but he has not it was left to Holly to tell off

What the point of the Head Judge if dosen't tell the other Judges to reign in the comments

Jason is there for a reason, the producers LOVE it!!! there always needs to be a "baddie"

There is being a 'baddie' then there is being a complete cock.

I like the fact that Robin is always the polite one who waits his turn to speak...he's setting a good example to the other judges !

From his comments, Jason appeared to be marking the costumes and the choreography. This is ridiculous and he should be told publicly to just mark and comment on the performance.

Yes, but it's good publicity. The fact that none of the other judges have told Jason to stfu (OK, not those words exactly, but words to that effect) is proof of their collusion. They may all sigh, raise their eyebrows, and tut tut but unless someone forcibly tells him to shut up it's irrelevant. They're all spineless.

Karen picks him up on some of his comments almost every week

Robin pulled him up last week about comments he made on someone's spiral... (and Jason had the nerve to argue back to a European and Olympic Champion skater about skating technique - Robin has probably forgotten more than Jason knows about skating!!!)

I couldn't believe my ears when I heard that. Jason's ego is certainly much larger than his brain.

Same as last week when Jason argued against Nicky about Hayley's speed across the ice. I'd take Nicky's word that she was slow ahead of Jason's word that she wasn't.

The man is completely ridiculous, has absolutely no knowledge and should be dumped like the piece of garbage he is. There is a saying that empty vessels make the most noise and that says it all. Next Sunday when Gardiner is spouting forth I will mute him, make a cup of tea or something similar and when the coast is clear watch the programme. If he is there the following week I shall switch to another channel altogether or use the off button.

Torville and Dean should think very carefully about having their name associated with this man and by not speaking out it appears that they condone such behaviour.

I am quite surprised that neither of them seem to have any influence over how the programme is run, I am sure that they must be horrified by the way he insults and belittles the Contestants, especially when they are left to pick up the pieces and try to get the celebs ready for the next week!

I don't think Holly is a good choice to stand next to the Judges and ask for their opinions, she always looks terrified and out of her depth!

The only judge that really stands up to Jason is Karen.

If this is true, it's ludicrous - the contestants have absolutley no say on the choreography, it's all worked out for them by T & D, that is mentioned each week.

As Jason isn't an ice dancer, he can only be there to comment on performance, much the same as Emma Bunton.

They should demand influence. It is their names that are at the forefront of all the promotion attached, especially on the tour.

Without them, there is no DOI. Do you think that without Torvill and Dean it could carry on? I'm sure when they finally call it a day it'll be pulled. It's floundering now sadly. Having this yob in it is compounding the agony.

Just keep Emma to comment on the performance side which she is fine at doing and sack that waste of space.
