I'm a bit gobsmacked Frankie and Danny were in the dance-off.

She's been so patient with and supportive of Danny all week and I think it's brought the pair of them closer.

And I'm glad she hit back at the increasingly rude Jason.

I was sure they'd have the public backing.

Frankie is furious? Maybe she knows how Seamans wife felt now.

Not a great series for me so far, my favourites are dropping like flies!

But some of the others (like Daniella and Mikey) are really beginning to grow on me so it's not all bad

Frankie's one of my favourite's and I like that she talks back to Jason, but, I think it might be a bit of a vote loser.

Looks like people in the middle of the scoreboard might slip through the net, I hope it was just voter apathy, he could improve a lot. He seemed to be struggling this week though.

Hmm used to really like Frankie but I'm starting to think she's maybe a little short-tempered...

I think being called a dog by Jason certainly ruined her night.

I am very annoyed with Jason and think his comments to Sharon were awful, but what he said about Frankie and her partner was not an insult but an analogy.

Mikey will win. I'm not sure Daniella is getting the votes going off her betting odds, they come in when she skates, then go out when the lines open. Same thing happened last week. She's my favourite so I hope I'm wrong.

Just to add, it could also be friends / family of people who know the votes, but to me that's the same thing and I would still lay blame with the people shouting their mouths off.

But I think it is closer to home than that...

Danniella's odds should be a lot shorter than they are, and they were, after she skated, then when the lines opened they drifted out to more than before the show started. Why?

It's not specific to this show, happens on all reality TV, but it's really obvious at the minute.

Maybe the votes are being leaked but I'd say it was more likely that the bookies are looking at her celeb persona. She isn't someone who would be likely to appeal to the majority; her reappearance on EE didn't exactly go down a storm. Her skate warrants a reduction in odds without question but then her popularity weighs in. Everything about Danniella shouts "Out as soon as her scores don't support her any more." However, I think her performances thus far coupled with the way she's been presented may have done something to readdress this balance. This odds pattern may alter as the weeks progress.

It's a fair point, but on reality betting the bookies don't set the odds, we do. People betting. On the betting exchange, Betfair. Largely the bookies just follow it.

There's not many people betting on this so that's why the insider betting is so obvious. I was disappointed to win a bet on Danny to be bottom two though.

But why does Danniella's popularity make her odds drift when the voting opens? Is she suddenly less popular then? Sorry, doesn't add up. It's more than just that as well.
