I'm having this problem over the last two days, in the midlands area.

I've had the issue before, a number of times, over the past few months - goes away for a while, then comes back again for a few days...

I moved to 3 and it's been pretty good... you get quite a lot out of a £10 top up on pay-g... Here the signal is not too bad... had a few break ups in calls but nothing too major. Only gripe I have at the moment is their Data speed... it's like dial-up here... how's that 3G? get on average 0.5Mb/s download and 0.03Mb/s upload.

Vodafone was better for data speed... seemed to get about 3.6Mb/s download. but I found their Pay-g really expensive in comparison. Their call charges seemed to be rather high, let alone the data charges for internet.

If vodafone were to ever get their hands on 3 i'd be off like a flash.

still happening - all of last week, plus same issues when I've tried on monday and again today.

They say there was a problem that was fixed on the 22 Feb, but clearly there is an issue.

I keep seeing my connection switch between 3G and HSDPA - literally every few seconds.

Some times it drops back to local connection too, although not as frequent as the above switching.

It switches less if I'm heavily using the broadband - but for small amount of web browsing etc it's almost unusable - as for a couple of seconds after switching it doesn't download anything.

I'm also seeing the same switching behaviour on my mobile phone, plus some calls cannot be connected "connection error" and some calls have gone straight to voicemail, rather than run the phone.

They've already got it round here.

Indoors, plugged into this tower system, which is as far from the window as the room allows, I'm getting a constant 5 bars and HSDPA.
