Disable HDMI during sleep?

Is there a way to stop the Foxsat HDR from enabling the HDMI when it wakes to record?

I have an auto-switching HDMI 3-into-1 to my TV that is shared with my PS3 and DVD player, but if I'm watching a DVD and a scheduled recording wakes the HDR, it switches the 3-into-1 to the HDR input but with no image. I have to get up to manually switch it back to DVD.

Unfortunately Humax seem very poor on their design for source switching, older Freeview PVR's incorrectly set the SCART pin 8 high when they start a timed recording.

Never mind, I see someone has already noted this fault as it trips their Panasonic TV. I've disabled powersaving now. Grr.

Not sure that's going to make any difference
