Doctor Who composers in new "Gramophone" magazine
Eli Crund
05-02-2010
The new edition of the classical music magazine "Gramophone" carries a long article on modern classical composers who have been involved with DW down the years - Carey Blyton and Tristram Cary and Ben Foster (who orchestrtates Murray Gold), for example. "Gramophone" has a web site that carries every edition in full, but I doubt this one will be up just yet. So, for now, it is the March 2010 edition you need. (The one with Mahler on the front.)

Nice picture of William Hartnell with miniature Daleks

Good story about Nicholas Courtney. Carey BLyton wrote a march for the the Brgadier in "The Silurians". At NC's 80th birthday he was presented with a recording of it.

Worth reading.
