I really want a shampoo that makes hair appear thicker. As i have very fine/thin hair.

Preferbly something you can get in tesco or a supermarket (no internet doom!)

There are expensive brands like kerastase or frederic fekkai. Jo Hanson and aveda. I like Tigi thickening shampoos. For a reasonable and very good imo brand try tommyguns sold in waitrose or john lewis. If i buy a second bottle of a product then i know i have found a winner and i have purchased this brand time and time again.

Pantene volume and body shampoo and conditioner used on a regular basis have given my hair loads more body and thickness. I have also used the Tresemme shampoo and conditioner for fine hair which is gives excellent results too. As you probably know these can are sold in supermarkets, boots, superdrug etc and are inexpensive. Hope you find one that suits you.

"Fat Hair" make a thickening spray which works pretty well. You spray it on towel dry hair then blow dry, or leave to dry naturally. They also make shampoo, conditioner and other styling products.

I brought a panetene thickening and conditor (2 in1) shampoo thing. £2.50 i think it was .heard good reviews about it. So i'll trial it and report back!
