tiscali package being "aligned" with talk talk
Hi,
I'm a tiscali customer now being "aligned" with talk talk packages. I'm being moved to £22.48 for up to 8mb BB and phone anytime. I've been told by the upgrade call centre that I will NOT get free 0845 as per normal Talk Talk package unless I enter an 18 month contract. How can they differentiate like that? Richard |

My current Tiscali package is also being, ‘aligned’ by TalkTalk. My new package will cost £3.39 per month more and will be the same cost per month as a TalkTalk, 'Essentials' package. Yet, unlike the, ‘Essentials’ package, it will not have the following benefits –

Unlimited local calls, anytime
Free Privacy Features (including caller display)
Unlimited calls 0845/0870 on evening and weekends
I fail to see how this is aligning packages. |
