In 2001, there was a new magazine on the shelves called "MP3 magazine" which featured a cover disk every month.
On said disk there would be a large selection of free MP3 tracks which were featured on a website called peoplesound.com.
I bought the magzine for about 6 months and really enjoyed all the free music. Unfortunately I no longer have the cover disks, nor do I have the HDD upon which I had stored all the tracks. Also it seems that peoplesound.com is not longer in existance either.
My question to the forum is this:
Did any of you guys buy that magazine and do you have the cover disk from issue 1? If so can you please email me a track listing from that disk as there was on track on there which I though was absolutely amazing. It was around 10:29 long, and was a techno-esque rendition of a classical piece. I thought it was performed by The Morrighan, but I have looked them up and can't find the track in question on any of their websites. Maybe it wasn't them at all.
In any case, I want to locate that particular piece of music from cover disk 001 of MP3 magazine from the early naughties.
Many thanks.

That is the only result that I seem to be able to find when I go searching and that is definitely not the track in question but thanks anyway.

The track I seek is called "Requiem" and there are two versions. The original which is 6 min something and the 12 inch mix which is around 11 min. Thats the one I want.

I have sent an email to The Morrighan via Youtube and I hope I get a response soon. I love that track. It is a devine combination of Mozart magic meets contemporary computerism. LOVE IT
