ipod touch alarm
hi
how do i get my alarm on the ipod touch to only play once, so that i dont have to get up and press a button to stop it i only want it to play one of the 5sec alarms or something just so it unsettles me before i get up so its not so much of a shock any free apps that will allow me to do this ? thanks |

Auto-Shutoff Alarm clock does what you want, but costs 59p.
Works great for me though. |

hmm
what exactly does it do? how long can u set the alarm to go for before it shuts off? also, does it mean the app has to be running while it works? like will you have to leave it on all night, and switch it to never auto lock but on the lowest brightness |

The question needs to be asked, what is the point of an alarm which plays for just five seconds, and then never plays again despite there being no indication of it being heard. Depending on how deeply asleep you are when the alarm sounds, a five second alarm even if very loud could fail to wake you.
