Fake Tan Advice
I would like to get myself a fake tan in a couple of weeks, due to my imminent exposing of a lot of my flesh in front of a lot of people
![]() What can people recommend, to give a nice even all over lightly bronzed colour? Do I look for a particular brand? Or method? Spray on, or that awful rub it on one day and scrub it off the next?! How close to 'reveal' day shall I get it done - a week before? Days? How quickly does it wear off? Do I have to get all my kit off and get nekkid in front of someone in order to get it done

I'm intrigued, what are you upto
![]() ![]() I would get it done a couple of days before, as if you've never had it done before you might find it too dark so will give you chance to correct it. |

Don't wax less than 24 hours before you tan (however you choose to do it - bottle, spray tan, etc.), and make sure you exfoliate and moisturise well - particularly elbows, ankles and knees.
If you decide on a spray tan, wear loose clothes to and from the salon to avoid it rubbing off, and don't sleep on any bedding you'd consider 'best'. You don't have to be naked for a spray tan, you can wear a bikini if you bring one with you (some places also allow you to wear your underwear) or they can give you "paper pants" to wear. |
