Not sure of the last point. If you look at past series (and marks are not harder to get now) more people were scoring in the 20s by now. They are being put in an order but they don't have anyone getting into the 22-24 range to chase Hayley. Daniella might be able to but not with the routines they give her. The boys seem to be moving up and around slowly but no one has the speed or lifting ability or dance ability or footwork or consistency of a Chris, Ray or Kyran and Gareth and Duncan were both showing more by now.

. The marking is given in relationship to the standard of the competitors in this particular year, and in relationship to improvement etc. So saying that the routine is worth 5.0 but not 5.5 sounds rather picky, particularly as none of the others really deserved 5's anyway yesterday.
