I have noticed ..but not been peturbed about..
When pressing the ON button the Set has come ON straight away..
although i would have assumed it to be in 'Standby' mode.
Possibly once or twice a day..
No energy save settings have been made...
so does this suggest that it can have several hidden levels of standby?

Very likely i guess to both possibilities as
I have been copying Oggys and Night Garden and gigglebiz for DVDing..
This keeps our youngest grand daughter happy when in Thailand..
for their NEW YEAR..
You can welll imagine the youngsters out there running around singing the catchy intro tunes..
I'll certainly keep an eye open when it happens again..
In passing,,I have yet to figure out how to get JPGs onto the forum..
Or is that verbotten?

You can't post actual photos within DS but you can just get an account with a site like Photobucket, upload the pictures there and then paste a link in your post to the photo on PB.
