The internal bra - Would you have this surgical procedure?

Court House Clinics introduce Breform™, the revolutionary and permanent internal bra system that puts a reinforcing structure in place, so that women (and some men) don’t actually have to wear a bra.

http://www.thefrisky.com/post/246-br...-internal-bra/

“Over time, the mesh gets incorporated into the breast as the body produces a fibrous tissue that holds the structure in place—like a permanent bra under the skin.”

Women are advised that they must be past child bearing, of an ideal, stable weight and a non smoker prior to the procedure so as to obtain the best possible and permanent results. I can understand the first two stipulations (changes in breast size) but i'm not too sure about the non smoking rule.

Would anyone here consider having a permanent under skin bra?

Nope, that sounds pretty rank. I love wearing bras.

This ought to appeal to the plastic surgery addicts who are running out of excuses to go under the knife. As for me... not so much. I'll stick with Victoria Secret.

So what happens if someone loses weight or puts it on and theior bra size changes? Does the structure change with it?

I really cannot think of anything more unappealing than an internal bra.

Bras annoy me, but at least you can take the external ones off!

I wouldn't have any surgery unless medically necessary.

No way.

One of my favourite things is taking my bra off!

Sounds disgusting. Who in their right mind, would want to have that inserted under their skin just to avoid wearing a bra?

Anyone who's contemplating this should visit this site and rethink!

As soon as a celeb gets it, they will probably start selling.

I am aware of your love of bras. If this procedure became common place you would be devastated.

I'd have to console myself with the figleaves website.

Wouldn't it look weird if a lady dis-robes and her breasts are still sitting their pushed up?

That sounds like your typical silicone job to me.

Nope. Another stupid idea.

I'd never have surgery unless it was needed medically.

something unpleasant I'm guessing...given they specify women who have a stable weight. Mine goes up over a cup size at the time of the month so even women with stable weight have bust size changes. I don't like the sound of these. PLUS how would one be able to check for lumps?

Sounds scary. What if you suffered an unavoidable change of weight..like if you fell ill or something? Would it - after meshing together with your skin, mind - rip? *shudders*

I really don't understand why anyone would waste their money on this proceedure. Weird to want a permanent bra on!

No no, I wouldn't do that at all.

Here is another idea, less permanent too:

From the home page select Bodywrap.

That will be due to the increased risk of a blood clot in a smoker

My breasts are pert enough as they are

Urghh!! This sounds disguisting!!!! I think the only people (in their right mind) who would have this would have to be people with a phobea of external bras or something??
