Hi mocha-latte
I'm part of Vodafone's Web Relations team and would like to offer some help and advice.
There are loads of fantastic BlackBerry handsets available now, and the Curve 8520 is no exception. The full qwerty keypad and directional pad make navigating and typing a breeze.
I've had a BlackBerry before, and I loved it.
It can take a bit of getting used to the keypad (if you're not used to it) and even the layout of the phone menus, but once you're more comfortable with the phone, I'm positive that you'll love it too!
Push email and BlackBerry messenger are brilliant features on all of the BlackBerry phones, so it's down to your personal preference as to which model you go for.
You can always pop into your local mobile phone shop to have a play around with one and see if you like the feel of it, or borrow one off a friend if you get the chance - that way you can try before you buy!
You haven't mentioned which network you are on but I'd love to see if I can help. Feel free to contact me using the link below; please include MMM135 in the subject field so that the email comes directly through to my team.

If you have any other questions we have our own Twitter page where we also provide support, follow us and we're on call whenever you have a question!
