BB3's Alison Hammond will be appearing in the next 'Stars in Their Eyes Celebrity Special' to be broadcast on ITV, on Saturday 24th April 2004 at 9.15pm.

Cat Deeley will be hosting . For those that don't know, this is the show where contestants appear as their musical idols.

Alison will be impersonating Nina Simone. Mike Read is also taking part as Cliff Richard and Brian Blessed as Luciano Pavarotti.

There you see-this is when I like you.Your opinions are rubbish but you do provide a good service to the community when you stick to learning how to be an unbiased reporter. Please try to keep it up.

I will set my video-I did not know Alison could sing! perhaps she is the true winner of BB3 -she is building a very well rounded career.

this thread didnt take off well

Alison doesnt seem to have made as big an impact on DS as she did in the BB house..... then again the only big impact there was on the table

I wonder if she'll sing that Nina Simone classic - My BB Just Cares For Me

I hate Alison.

She's world class in the irritating cow stakes.

She's also ugly, useless and cringe-making.

I certainly won't be watching.

Don't you think it will be worth watching though, just to see if she makes a total a*se of herself

Well..... that's a certainty of course. So I guess you've talked me into it Susann.

There was an advert on ITV today for This Morning on Friday. It seems Alison has also done a behind the scenes report from the Stars Celeb Special.

From the Sun today:

Scroll down to the bottom for Alison pics.

Alison will also host a Stars in their Eyes report for This Morning on Friday. So she's sort of...er...reporting on her own performance.

Nina Simone, Mother of Christ! Ambitious move from Alison but you can't help feel she could have been slightly more realistic. She could have done a hell of a Fat Man Scoop impression as far as I'm concerned. It would also have been a wonderfull opportunity to recreate the Cat Deely and Fat Man "Song of the Year" moment. Imagine "Big Al" with her top off grinding about on stage to some hip-hop beats, it would be like Jabba the Hut does Porn!

Could be worse, could be Alison and Kate as The Fame Twins singing the Theme From Fame or The Equity Actor Jonny Regan singing Fog On The Tyne.
