Just a heads-up... Newswipe is currently being transmitted twice on both tuesdays and thursdays on BBC FOUR (107). I have my HDR set to record the series on the thursday (first airing), however the box attempted to record the second airing of tuesday and failed with an 'unknown reason' 0 minutes long. The box then rescheduled the next recording for the following tuesday and as such has removed the thursday slot completely. Had I not noticed then I would have missed a complete episode.
Good old BBC up to their old tricks of screwing up the Series CRIDS again!!

Well at least they usually manage to get their programme end times correct, unlike channel 4 and 5 who's programmes often get cut off just before the end.

but it's not much point if the box doesn't record in the first place

Yes true, although thinking about it, what's more annoying, a programme that fails to record or one that gets cut off before the end ?
