At the end of the day a lot of people on here will struggle to see why he is even contemplating the move but im sure he is more focused on the quality of the show, awards and the his back balance rather than whether he gets 6 million on a Saturday night or 2 million on Sky.”
He'd never get 2m on Sky! He'd be very lucky to get half of that.
And what nonsense from you as usual - the autumn series was fixed at 7.30pm on Saturday nights, whilst this series has never strayed far from 7pm to 7.30pm - and is far more fixed in the schedules than whatever the BBC churn out on a Saturday night.

That would be the best solution for ITV. It depends what's more important to Harry - fame or cash. Frankly as much as I love TV Burp Harry Hill's repertoire is fairly limited and I don't see what else he could really do.

Secret Millionaire still pulling in the numbers - but would surely be pulling in even more if C4 treated it with a bit of respect.
Last nights episode was actually very good (they always are when they're more like a personal documentary) - up there with the best - but for me it's the first one I'd watched out of the last couple of series. Restrict it to one series a year with 6-8 episodes in each and it could last another decade - but at two a year it's inevitably going to burn out.

They did - that awful Bob and Rose with Alan Davies, and the actually rather excellent Mine All Mine with Griff Rhys Jones - which flopped so badly ITV merged the final couple of episodes into one.
Sometimes you have to face facts - and as much as we'd all prefer a more varied offering, if ITV want people to watch their drama, it basically has to be some kind of detective or psychological thriller to pull in the ratings. Though saying that they have axed Blue Murder today.
