It was just the bone, with a few bits of meat left on it, still it was pretty heavy. goodness knows how far he dragged it,bless him, he looked so proud.

Minnie, who sadly left us four weeks ago, once bought half a roast chicken in.

I heard a huge battle at the cat flap as she pulled and tugged her prize in. Goodness only knows where she got it from though.

Oh, and one of them bought in a chewed cream biscuit once, as well.

we've had a very manky looking chocolate digestive dumped in our conservatory ......

and screaming frogs (usually when she's on the frogs, we hear the screams so can intercept though) ....a fish head (someone's koi carp).....a half eaten apple....a ping pong ball....and clearly some other cat's beloved catnip toy...

she never manages voles or mice since she had to have some of her teeth out. we've had the odd very soggy, slobbered on mouse which has been unharmed but in need of a quick rub down with a piece of paper towel before it was set free!

they are supposed to be presents so I suppose we should be grateful !!

Ems never used to bring anything into the house till after a weird incident when a bird actually flew into the living room through the gas fire vent and she caught it before we could even react. Since then whenever she catches a bird or mouse outside she flings them in through an open window expecting to eat them in the house. At least it means we can rescue a few
