This is the message the nil-by-brain gormless goofy TV Executives are sending out to the public.

Do ITV actually think most of us enjoy listening to that revolting, nasty man. From the response the answer is a resounding NO. He is not contraversial or clever- is he just plain ignorant and pathetic. So are the Producers of this show if they value Jason Gardiner over Karen Barber. Nicky Slater and people who have actual talent and have achieved where they are today by the dint of hard work. All Gardiner is known for is having a very nasty mouth and pontificating. I hope if he makes another unacceptable remark he is booed and literally has egg all over his face. Pompous, arrogant twit.”

Well said

Don't hold back at all though will you

Yes they do auditions. However, I am sure if say someone like Robbie Williams agent contacted them that he would be signed up straight away.

I think what they are auditioning for is to ensure that there is the right mix of people. I know (from somewhere) that Ray quinn auditioned the year before he actually went on, at the same time as Chris Fountain, but didn't get through that year, but was phoned up and offered it the following year. Suspect this was because Chris and Ray were too similar to have on the same show
