HI All,

I (Annoyingly) tried to take my phone out of my pocket on thursday and dropped my iphone 3gs 16gb on the pavement, the screen cracked and the glass is starting to fall out of place

Im a premier account holder with LLoyds and I get mobile phone insurnace through them, i called them and i have to pay £30 excess,

I have received the forms and im going to fax them over to them today so they can start the process.

Has anyone claimed through them recently? if so, what are they like? Are they likely to just replace the phone or repair it?
