Upgrade due
This might be a stupid question but here goes anyway.
I am due an upgarde with T-Mobile at the start of March. I currently have a Nokia N96 which was on a 18 month contract at £45 pm, however, as my nephew worked in one of their call centres I am only paying £22.50 pm. He no longer works for them and I'll loose my half price deal next month. Can I upgrade by going into my local T-Mobile shop? and what kind of deals will they be able to offer? I fancy getting the HTC HD2 but to get it free on T-Mobile it's £35pm. I have found a good deal for the phone on Orange for only £30pm Am I better phoning T-mobile or going into the shop? |

You're better off phoning them and saying you want to cancel; you will get put through to retentions who will be the best people to speak to with regard to renegotiating the contract.
I presume T-Mobile stores work in the same way as Orange, if you ask for a better deal, they phone customer service and see what they say. |

Go to P4U tell them your happy with your tariff but want a new handset, i think they still do these upgrades so your tariff does not change.
