Is absolutely appalling!

Seriously what qualifies this man to be the fashion stylist on This Morning and also comment on the appearance of the DOI celebs when he appears on live television dressed like that?!

There was the hankerchief around his neck in week one, then what appeared to be that stuff you tie around Christmas presents. There was a choker with a silver medallion attached to it and the tie with the button at the top and the zip.

But nothing beats last nights "smock" ensemble. I can;t believe a so called fashioned "expert" appeared on the ice panel wearing what looked like the pinnies my Nanna used to wear to do her housework!

He needs to get to Specsavers pronto!

Apparently this weeks 'costume' was made for him by his friend Alexander McQueen who died last week.

That doesn't excuse its awfulness, or the awfulness of his other outfits.

Really!

I wasn't aware of this - how old was he?

I like his fashion sense. It's unusual.

The man dresses as if he is going to a Fancy Dress Party. He is so over-the-top and deluded he could turn up next week dressed as Little Bo Peep but it would be more in character if he styled himself on The Wicked Witch in "Snow White" but someone could give him the apple!

His style is so awful it is funny and if he actually takes his style seriously and thinks he looks good then he is living in Nee Naw Land.

Yeah, he committed suicide the day before his mum's funeral and some months after his friend had taken their own life, he was 40 I think (?). Jason won't be the only one paying tribute to him over the coming few weeks I'm sure.

Fashion is, and always has been, a matter of personal taste; I happen to like the way Jason dresses, I think he looks good.

Each to their own but I think he looks a complete bugger.

I admire his personal style, but he has no understanding of women's fashion at all! The clothes he chooses on This Morning are appalling more often than not

I think Isabella died a few years ago. She helped him become well know, she hanged herself as well I believe. I think he killed himself a few days after his mum died. He was 40.

Very sad.

Agreed, so very sad and such a waste of a life and such talent. I loved the clothes he designed and will enjoy seeing people wearing them, whoever they are Wear more of his designs Jason, they suit you

Lady Gaga wore some of his clothes as well, she made last night's BRITS performance a tribute to him as he was a close friend of hers.

Isabella Blow died in May 2007. She tried suicide several times, the final attempt by drinking the weedkiller Paraquat.

To be perfectly honest, I have never noticed what Jason wears!

Jason Gardener is one of the most well dressed people on Britain's TV.

He looks great each week and makes that drip, Schofield, look trampish.

His judging talent is pure brilliance too! He is blunt and at the same time constructive. We have never had such a judge, since Simon Cowell, to grace our screens. He is on-pare with Simon Cowell to be the world's famous judge.

LOL.

I see you're a big fan of Katie Price and Cheryl Cole too and along with Jason they are not exactly the most popular people on this forum.

Are you related to MrBlonde?

I agree about fashion being personal taste. I admire people who step outside the 'norm' much more than someone who will wear the latest trend because a magazine told them to.

Jason usually looks great.

Everyones tastes are different. Jason might think what you, or I wear is ''absolutely appalling''.

Just because you don't like what he wears, doesn't mean that he shouldn't be wearing them. Correct me if I'm wrong but I very much doubt that you're an expert in fashion. Yes some of his outfits are out there, but he likes them.

He likes attention, and one way to get attention is to wear controversial clothing. Well in this case it has worked, as a whole discussion has come of it.

That's what makes us all so unique and different. People might not be seen dead in his style of clothes but he's comfortable in them and likes them. And that is all that matters.

No im not an expert in fashion, but Jason likes to pretend he is. He's even the stylist on This Morning now, replacing John Scott who had done it for years. He's a choreographer for heavens sake, not a fashion expert and his make overs are bloody awful
