heres the problem, my mam has never used this company yet once a month these last two months shes been sent a logo by ringtone king at a cost of £3 each, that might not be much but its a 3rd of what my mam tops up each month and it builds up, she replyd with some stop logo thing she saw on tv but that dident work, what can she do?

Get onto your Service Provider ie Vodafone etc, and give them the code from the service you have been providing they can look for a stop code, or give you the main contact telephone number for the company responsible.

yes, but you see, they used two different numbers, and no on signed up in the first place, so hows that gonna stop them, theyl probable just use a different number next time.
