Has anyone here had a BT line re-connected by Sky?

I am trying to find out if they do more than a standard connection. I have a 3 storey house and my BT socket is on the ground floor and I want it moved to the top floor before I go back to BT but from what I have been told BT will only reconnect it where it is.

I am trying to find out if anyone has been in a similai situation and got a line moved by Sky? rather than just a "standard" reconnection.

Sky do offer line installs. I guess you'd have to speak to them and say you want the master socket moving so they can arrange for Openreach to come out and do the necessary work.
