cattery worries

Although i feel i am blessed living nearby to the BEST cattery in the world with a completely CAT MAD owner this year i am really nervous...... my 2 girls have been fine there for the last 2 years but they are fairly grumpy cats and not really very cuddly or affectionate , this year however i have an addition to the family in the form of the cutest, cuddliest most loving male kitten who follows me everywhere ( and i mean EVERYWHERE )and sits on me at every given moment ..... I'm really worried about leaving him

I suspect he is the one you need to worry least about. Kittens are very adaptable. I put my six month old Burmese kitten into a cattery for a week (with my three older cats) because we were moving house. He was always superglued to me, but he had no problem transferring his affections temporarily to the cattery owner - he had a great time there, and was completely unscathed by the experience.
