I don't think i'd have much of an appetite, but put a nice rare steak with onion rings and chips in front of me with PLENTY of nice, room temperature, red wine (Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon, if you have it thank you) and i'd be happy as a piggy in poo. Plus the plenty wine would make me comatose and therefore unable to apprehend my impending doom

Special fried rice, chicken and pineapple and chicken balls for dinner, and carrot cake for dessert. And a huge bowl of maltesers!

That's EXACTLY what I would have. Steak, chips and onion rings and Yellow Label

No mushrooms?

Stuffed mushrooms with garlic and cheese
Bangers and mash
Blackcurrant cheesecake
Several pints of real ale and a bottle of a fine malt whisky. (I'd certainly sleep well that night)

Afterwards I'd have a cigarette (assuming Death Row isn't a non-smoking facility!). Never smoked before but it would be too late to kill me...

If they're using Old Smokey on you, then you would be the "proper fry up"

I personally wouldn't have mushrooms. They go cold and slimey too quickly!

I think I'd want one of those ten course wonders. I'd want spaghetti carbonara and some sorbet to cleanse the palette, but I'm not sure I'd want out of the other 8 courses. I'd want my last meal to be extravagant, rich and feel so bloated I'd be too engrossed in my food baby to care about my execution!

This site, although quite grim, makes an interesting read - I can't believe what some of these people order as their last meal.

For example:

Last Meal: For his final meal, McWilliams requested six fried chicken breasts with ketchup, french fries, six layer lasagna (ground chicken, beef, cheese, minced tomatoes, noodles and sauteed onions), six egg rolls, shrimp fried rice and soy sauce, six chimichangas with melted cheese and salsa, six slices of turkey with liver and gizzard dressing, dirty rice, cranberry sauce and six lemonades with extra sugar.

and

Last Meal: 20 beef tacos, 20 beef enchiladas, two double cheeseburgers, a pizza with jalapenos, fried chicken, spaghetti with salt, half of a chocolate cake and half of a vanilla cake, cookies and cream ice cream, carmel pecan fudge ice cream, a small fruit cake, two Coca-Colas, two Pepsi-Colas, two root beers and two orange juices.

Woah Mama!”

I suppose in that situation, eating all of that wouldn't be so bad as you really wouldn't care about the weight you would gain as you would be dead in a few hours.

I know if I ordered a meal like that I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I'd have a right good go at it though

I'd opt for a well done pygmy covered in mint sauce.

For starters
Deep fried calamari

A medium rare steak (pref Sirloin) with peppercorn sauce and creamy mash and corn on the cob.

Ben and Jerrys Phish Food

And lastly a large bowl of fresh prawns, some lobster and crab.

(Am allergic to the prawns etc so would die before they got the chance to do me in.)

I don't think I'd have much of an appetite!

But my two favourite meals are:

1. Roast chicken with all the trimmings.

2. Chinese (fried rice, noodles, vegetables, beef in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken and prawns, spring rolls).
