From what I've seen and read about Ramsey his attitude on the show is very real. The live show's will be a giveaway one way or the other. What I find intriguing about this is that he's dealing with celebrities and ego maniacs, not frightened sychophantic trainee chefs.
It could all fall flat of course but the potential is fantastic.
