Viewing my site poll of Hells Kitchen Matt is clearly in the lead. I know that it doesn't equate to everyone that watches the program, but a good number of people definitely like him.

I thought this forum didn't allow under 13 year old children.
As i record the ip address, i can track what has been done, so now its made it unfair for other people with genuine votes. It used to instant, now it will be validated.

I wouldn't say its the most reliable, because of the idiots that think they are clever by multiple votes. But i think even taking that into cosideration, he is doing well.

But the award has to go to Gordon Ramsay for the verbal thrashing he gave Abi. I mean, it could have only been worst if he had beat her with a wooden spoon. She seemed to handle it ok, until Amanda said she wouldn't have taken that lying down. How soon she forgets. I do recall at the beginning of the week, GR indeed did tell (without mincing his words), that she was useless. Souffles Amanda?????

But now maybe Abi will be a rebel, looking for a fight.

well -Having read all your comments i must be in a minority when i say that it is compulsive viewing at times.Granted,it doesn't show the interactions of the celebs and who gets on with whom the most, however from AN EDITORS POINT OF VIEW , you are going to put in the most dramatic and most tense moments into this hour of viewing.
'I'm a celeb' only ever showed moments of high bonding and interaction if it was controversial or likely to be in the papers the nest day( Jordon springs to mind) and very much left it to the live feed on itv 2 to portray the real relationships.
These celebs are working such long hours ,that i'm sure what little time they do have away from the kitchen is very boring. This format of an hour show does work despite what others think. Theway the programme shows clips from yesterday with presenter interaction relaying the news within the kitchen is a format that worked with i'm a celeb.

I'm sure all the celebs from the kitchen will be moaning when they come out that they have been poorly edited and shown in the wrong light. The editors of this programme must be in high heaven with the choice of f-word clips to use. We all know confrontation on a programme creates viewers.
As far as Gordon and Itv are concerned,they'll be laughing all the way to the bank.
It does not matter how many meals are missed,or poorly cooked.At the end of the day this is daily publicity for the Gordon, and just like Simon Cowell showed - being nasty makes you millions of pounds! He's a very clever business man and this level of exposure is going to make him a packet.Good luck to him.
And well done to ITV for having the balls to have a go at yet another reality show.
The reality tv market has been left open for a lot of critism recently, but at the end of the day it creates massive viewers and thats why we all continue to talk about these shows so much.
What amazes me is that so many people on these boards are slagging off the show but are STILL watching it!

Well alot arent viewers seem to be turning off in the thousands. If the news and a Party Political Broadcast could beat it (see todays papers) then there is something wrong somewhere. I couldnt be bothered to watch it yesterday and tonight I'll be watching Have I Got News For You.

Maybe it'll pick up on Sunday when the sackings start!

also lets not forget that the celebrity guests in the restuarant are getting the food for
free, for most of them its a chance to get themselves back on the TV !!!
so for the first couple of nights not all the guests were fed.... why complain about not getting a free dinner !!!! (cheapskates)
the chefs are doing great they have come on in leaps and bounds, gordan has motivated them and they have responded.

I agree Angus Deayton doesnt work on this show. His sarcasm is mis placed and I keep thinking, could you do it Angus? However he is better than the usual ITV hosts (Ant n Dec, Cat Deeley, Davina Mcall, Mel Sykes etc).
I agree about the freeloading celebs in the restaurant too. In fact it makes me sick that the people who can easily afford to pay for a slap up meal are the ones who are getting it all for free. Seeing that Times food critic with his hanger on mates on Wednesday night made my skin crawl. They had the cheek to slag off the food despite the fact I bet none of them could cook for toffee and they only got the meal because they were with a food critic. What makes a food critic anyway???
This is my problem with the show, the kitchen stuff is OK but I get annoyed seeing the likes of Foxy & Vic Reeves who arent short of a bob or two grabbing a free meal. Why didnt they invite a cross section of people from all walks of life, people who would never get the chance to sample Gordon's food again. Well I suppose it wouldnt make great TV in this celeb obbsessed country we live in!

It's no wonder they managed, Gordon cut the menu down, something he should have done from the start.

I'm finding the programme tedious now, especially as they keep re showing the same clips.

The problem is tonight will be a tough night. Last ever Friends on CH4 and old favourite Have I Got News For You on BBC1, if they can pull off a good audience tonight then good on em, but I think it will be hard.

And "Art Of The Garden" BBC2 will be popular in some quarters .....

At the end of the day, if you are interested then you'll watch it. You could always try a dvd/video/computer recorderand have the best of all. I know i will have to do that as i am tracking Big Brother and Hells Kitchen.

Gordans voice has deffinatly gone in tonights show, which may be a blessing in disguise for the celebs. I wonder how long he will last before it goes completely. Anyone know if hes sounding better on the live feed?
