just bought my daughters rabbit its 3rd hutch due to others being eaten and weathered ... the rabbit is 6 so i hope after this added expense it is around a while longer as i think 6 is a good age ........ how old have people had rabbits live to???????

They can live up till 8-10 years. Rabbit hutches dont last that long about 2 years with wear and the weather. Whats your bunny called

She is called Blossom ! she is a lop, she is white with brown ears and speckles

My sons footballing in the back garden also damaged hutch number 2 ! she had now moved house to the new hutch on the decking which hopefully should be safer

I have not moved old hutch yet and just looked outside and my cat is sat on the new hutch , think she thinks its a new friend lol

you're better off building hutches to be fair, they last a lot longer

When i had the rabbits and i emptyed one out too handrear some babies after it was cleaned my cat jumped in it and wouldnt get out.

One of my rabbits is 11 years old and still going strong.
