Hi

I've noticed that my local Phones4u are advertising an all-in package for a fairly decent range of the choice of three telephones with free minutes for the yearly price of £60 (It's actually advertised at £5 per month!!).

I share a great deal of scepticism with what I perceive as 'too good to be true' offers, especially with mobile phone shops, so can anyone supply me with more information if known about this? I've had a look at the Phones 4u website and there ain't a peep about it and no - I wasn't seeing things when I passed both Phones4u shops!!!

Cheers

Keith

Speak to the sales reps, its probably true, but check the clauses/call charges, etc.

I was on a good one for 3 years with Cellular Operations (now bought up by Vodafone). For 35 quid for the year, I'd get a sim card only deal, that had 500 offpeak mins (per month) to land lines and mobiles. At last years renewals, they offered a Nokia 3410 for 20 pounds and 50 free texts per month, and this year, I got a Samsung E710 for 50 pounds.

When Cell Ops were bought out, they stopped doing these deals, but Voda offered me 200 anytime mins and 60 texts for 15 pounds per month, which is a pretty good deal!
