You can see the mannequin's nipple through it. What underwear would you wear with it, even a nude strapless bra would show through?
I don't mind the idea of a nude-coloured naked-looking figure hugging dress in theory (if you have the body to pull it off), but this dress looks plain and cheap to me. If is was a more lux fabric and had some detail to it then maybe. But to pull it off I think you'd have to be very slim or a perfect hourglass.
