everytime i try to call a vodafone payg number it just gives me a dead tone and if i call it off a landline it says the service is not available.
WTF?

You receive a 'dead' tone when calling a Vodafone PAYG SIM card that has never been topped up or a chargeable call made.

The line only becomes live once one of the above has taken place. Perhaps this is the problem?

I am on Vodaphone and havent been able to text or call since yesterday afternoon. There is something wrong.
