It's H&M and was taken when we she was at Michael Angel's show at New York Fashion week.
I'm delighted to hear it's H&M! I thought it was going to be Marc Jacobs or something.

The dress is gorgeous. Good to know it's H&M as it won't be too expensive
I love frilly so I think it's quite nice. Looks good on Alexis Bledel as well.
