Peach crumble
I am thinking of going out in a few to buy some peaches and brown sugar.
Is this enough for one portion? I don't want any leftovers. sliced peaches, fresh or canned 150 g brown sugar 50 g flour 115 g butter, softened some cinnamon |

Sounds to me like your proportions of flour to fat are the wrong way around for a crumble. I would use half fat to flour.
You're using a lot of sugar too. I would use the same weight of sugar as fat, although with a peach crumble even that might be on the generous side as you'd only need it for the crumble and not to go in with the fruit, as you would with rhubarb or cooking apples. |

Thanks. I got the recipe of the internet. I had to use a different recipe in the end. A friend came round.
