Vodafone PAYG Upgrade Rewards

I'm currently on vodafone payg and have been for 4 months now

My average monthly spend is £35, and I have a Sagem Myv65. However I would like to upgrade to either a Sharp GX20 or GX30, and keep my existing number.

does anyone know how it works? I read on their website that they give rewards for customers upgrading their phones, but I can't find much information on it.

cheers

The rewards are personalised, so you have to phone them up and ask. The way it works is you buy the PAYG phone as normal from the shop and you register it as an upgrade. They then credit your account with a certain amount.

I'd be interested to knnow what they give you.

The amount given to you depends on how often and how much you top up your phone, I believe. I upgraded my phone in February and got about £20 for keeping my number.

You should be aware that the loyalty bonus takes about a month to be processed onto your balance, though.
