ASDA Pork pieces
I'm hungry, and I bought some
ASDA PORK CASEROLE PIECES a few weeks ago and I froze them. I didn't realise it was caserole am I ok to fry these and then stick some muschroom sauce in ? Mushroom sauce out of the jar like... It says to places pieces in a caserole for 2 hours in oven. I'm hungry

It would be safe to eat when cooked through. Possibly 45 mins on a medium heat?
But the reason for slow cooking it for 2 hours is because of the cut of meat. It proably will be a bit tough otherwise. You could reduce the cooking time by defrosting the meat in a microwave and then dicing into smaller pieces but it would still need about an hours cooking. |
