forgot to say, sopa actors are very lazy that's why they don't like when the program is on more than 3 times a week, i think there was an interview

hehe...great to see Leslie Grantham slagging off the programme. I seem to remember June Brown doing the same recently, saying the plotlines were always being regurgitated, and wishing it would go back to twice a week.
Must admit, I watch Corrie. I've tried watching Eastenders a few times over the years, but find it either boring or badly acted (or both).

EE will last as long as 9 million plus people are watching it !

As some have already said...we think eastenders is the worst written and acted programme on the television at the moment...and the only reason we are saying that is to give the producers a wake up call as they are whatching it with rose tinted glasses.

Do they ever venture out of their ivory towers and read the popular press, forums like this or listen to the man in the street. EE has been going steadily down hill for nearly two years (Maybe longer) and surely thay can see that. If LB worked in any other industry she would have got the boot long ago. But its only the licence payers money she is squandering. Probabl ge a big handshake when she goes

There'd be a public outcry like the time the 'jazzed' the theme tume up a bit & had to go back to the original.

All soaps will go through a bad patch. Just remember that EE hasn't sunk as low as Coronation Street did with just a little over 9m for most episodes at one point and that figure was for the total ITV1 and ITV2 audience. At the end of the day, it's down to three things:

1) The writers
2) The Executive Producer
3) Naff characters

Replace all three and you are on your way to solving the problem. I think that Louise Burridge needs to go now, she's been in charge too long and it's time for her to go. I like the fact that she has brought back Den Watts; there are some great characters in EE just as there are in CS.

As long as it's not replaced by Anita Dobson's 'Anyone Can Fall in Love'...

That's a bit unfair, their hours, especially the more prominent cast members, are much much longer than you'd think. They can do up to 20 scenes a day.

The fact is, having fewer episodes of any soap will give them time to learn their lines and actions better and rehearse them, resulting in probably better acting and of course more entertaining episodes, rather than having to fill it out.

the drum'n'bass flavoured theme tune on 'eastenders revealed',which is a remix of the original theme,is better than the original music.the original music sounds so plodding 1980's.
