I just want to sort something out, as I've been reading a lot of "Urgh...Boo for Hayley because she's did it all before...she's been skating BLAH BLAH"

On her twitter account, she says she has NEVER had ANY skating experience in her life....therefore I think people should lay OFF her, and just learn to enjoy her performances.

I think people should be allowed to make up their own minds. Nobody /has/ to find her enjoyable. It's not a rule.

And yes I do actually like her performances. I just prefer the skating of two others over her.

Of course, but this is just to silence the people than are saying she has did it all before...

I miss-read her twitter account. She loves to dance, but has never had any training in either dancing or skating. I've edited the mistake, cheers x

The only reason I don't like her is because I don't like the obvious person to win. I want the person who improves the most to win, hence why I wanted Donal to win last year.

That's where I disagree with you, I'm afraid. I think the best performance, most impressive skating and great personality should win. I don't think a person should win because it's 'unexpected'.

She's always far too smiley all the time with a 'I know I'm brilliant' look. At least having known her partner for many years she already had a good relationship, which is a good place to be and it will have given her extra confidance!

To be honest Daniel could have made Emily and Sharron look like great skaters - whoever partners Daniel has an unfair advantage!

She has had dance training she went to a dance school at the ice rink where Dan trained thats how they met, but her mum wouldnt let her skate as she was doing do many other things.

No training in dance? Didn't she go to Laine's (Laine Theatre Arts)?

Yes, she did. She had to learn the stage-school smile somewhere, after all.

To be fair, most if not all of them left are actors or singers and are bound to have some training. Daniella (I'm a fan of Daniella and Hayley btw) went to Sylvia Young.

Likewise, Emily's mum is an actress, her dad's a musician, and she's related to Paul McCartney. No doubt she was groomed for showbiz from an early age. She's much younger than Danniella and Hayley and is streets behind them.

I always think Hayley seems like a nice person, it seems to be the usual thing going on here of criticising someone just because they're good.

Sure, but it was being claimed that Hayley had no dance training. I am not being at all inconsistent in pointing to the school Hayley went to; I also mentioned Sylvia Young when Jason was saying Daniella had no dance training.

Says a lot for Dan.... he really is great with this partners. Hayley would probably have done well regardless of who she was partnered with, but she is doing exceptionally well because it happens to be Dan. It oozes out of her her total adoration for him, (almost unhealthy adoration by times !!!... every tweet she makes refers to "me and Dan").

I get the feeling he is the "soulmate" she cannot have !!!.

Her adoration of Dan is a bit sickly at times, although one min she's saying she spends all her time with him then its oh he had other plans tonight!! He tends to look uncomfortable round her at times too especially when she's going on about knowing him since they were kids.

Think the adoration is very one sided!! And too right about the soulmate she cant have........

Going to a 'Stage School' where classes are taken in dance doesnt mean you are a "trained dancer". General dance is an entirely different thing altogether.

If the said person is really good, both in skating and dancing AND the performance (though I sometimes still cringe at her stage-school smiles), then he/she should not be slated and Hayley was in this forum.

BTW, my favourite is Daniella and Mikey at the moment, though I thought on Sunday evening I enjoyed all but two performances and those two were in the skate-off.

She is good. But she is so annoying to me. This is all only my opinion, but I can't take to her. She seems stagey and insincere. Both on and off the ice. Again just my opinion so I do not want to get attacked by anyone, thanks.

I don't like her because of her face. Specifically her nose. Her personality is irritating too.

Apart from that, she's a treat.
