It all depends how they're cooked.
If they're only JUST done they taste delicious but if they've been boiled until they're really soft and mushy they taste horrible. |

They're okay as long as they're fresh - which they usually are these days. Back when I was a kid it was common to find the occasional manky sprout and they are foul.
I actually eat a few raw when I get them. Mind you I'll eat almost any vegetable raw. I often use spare veg from the weekend in my packed lunch for work. About the only ones I don't eat raw are potato and asparagus. |
