They can do what they want. Point is...8 million people watch Dancing on Ice per week...and on the final show, probably close to 12 million will tune in to see it. I hope 12 million people can change the minds of the numpties on DS that are out for Hayley because she is a threat...

No other contestant has listed "threats" like Hayley did. They're not just assuming they can beat Emily, Mikey & Danny like Hayley is.

I seem to recall Danielle listing a few who she considered 'threats', I don't recall Mikey being mentioned. She did however mention Hayley.

See the power of perception? To me that was sweet, humble, and attentive and showed an awareness of the people around her as well as herself.

Well she is in the public eye and surely thats what the VTs, performances and interviews are for, getting to know someone's personality and building a picture up of them. We all do it - I've built up a picture of Danny as all talk and no action, he is dull on the ice and gives messy routines, yet always talks it big. Now I've gathered that from the show, other fans will have gathered a different opinion on him.

Its how each individual watcher decides to view certain things they see within interviews, performances and VTs that is key to us liking them and thus voting for them

Well from Hayley's VT's I've viewed her as an absolute delight, tries so hard, really wants to do well, really enjoys ice skating, loves the competition, loves skating with Dan, determined, risk taker, bubbly, entertaining,

And yet all this still manages to make her so unpopular.

Some people are far too difficult to impress. Go on the show and do better FGS !!!

Maybe you should just calm down a bit. I haven't been negative really at all in This thread. All I did was point out the discussion was OTT and point out that the thread might have swayed my vote if I read it first.

Your right....I apologize. I'm just a little frustrated at the fact that Hayley is being voted the least favorite skater...when in fact she is so obviously streets above the rest of the competitors.

I'm just such a big fan of Hayley...I think she absolutely deserves nothing but praise for all her hard work...it's just some people on here are talking about her like she's a murderer, and I really don't know what she can do to sway peoples very small opinions of her. What can she do ?? Somebody please explain....

Hmm, see looking at these results I can't help but think that if Hayley is up against someone like Daniella or Kieron in the final, she's going to struggle a bit - there seems to be a lot of potential 'anti' votes where she's concerned!

Am sure the OP didn't start this thread solely in the hope that Hayley would win. Others such as Emily also have a lot of anti posters on here so don't think it was/is a foregone conclusion.

Personally I haven't voted & won't do this week as whilst i have my faves i don't have anyone I find really annoying this series. Maybe I will in future weeks... who knows. I wouldn't take it so seriously.

If I had been a member last year would have been voting like mad for Coleen or Zoe. Now there's annoying.

Danny & Frankie.

Hesitated over who to vote for tbh, I don't have a strong reaction to any of the skaters that way really. Emily improved no end in the skate-off last week, and though I don't like Frankie all that much I don't hold it against Danny, though he is frustrating me a bit because I think he could be so much better. And then there's Gary - yes, one of the better skaters last week and finally managing to show a little character on the ice, but it's that old annoying phrase: I just can't warm to him.

In the absence of any pronounced dislike of any remaining competitors: Gary and Maria for my choice. It changes week to week though.
