Itouch lost Nike ap - help please

Hubby just bought me a itouch in January, it's the newest model, it came all set up to use a Nike sensor, I bought the sensor and did a few runs, it was all great to see and use,
my itouch froze this weekend and hubby told me to reset it but to use the option of not losing any data, which I did and at the time I thought it was all perfect, at the gym last night and it seems the only thing I've lost is my Nike ap, I've looked on the ap store and the same programme doesn't seem to be able,

any ideas please as I'm useless, I do know the itouch had the built in receiver so I didn't need the whole kit just the sensor and this programme thingie

thanks

By restoring it, it may have updated the OS to the current version where they've changed things slightly.

Go into the Settings app -> Nike+iPod (found in the list of installed apps so scroll down to it) -> Turn it 'On' (the default is off). The icon for the Nike + iPod app will then be displayed as normal, the same as if you had just installed a new app.

Thanks for that, I'm wary about screwing it up so I'll be sure to get my husband on it.
I really appreciate all your help, I'll let you know how I get on

There's no danger in following the steps I suggested. You just open the 'Settings' app, scroll down to where it says 'Nike + iPod', choose that, and turn it 'On'. Exit the settings app (press the Home button on the bottom of the device), and you'll find the icon for the Nike thing is now shown. Seriously, that is about as simples as it gets.
