I have all their albums - but after being underwhelmed with Change after their best album "Taller In More Ways" - the Mutya version you understand. And also hating Catfights & Spotlights (AWFUL album) - I feel they are finished and have no interest in them now Keisha was pushed. I haven't even d/l the leaked version last week (but DOhave the the leaked Keisha songs from this era)
A sad end to a once excellent group

Really can't get into the new album... don't like any of the songs except 'Thank You For The Heartbreak.' Don't like this new sound... they've lost what made them a great group, all the new songs sound like recent generic pop/RnB efforts that other artists have released in the last couple years.

I thought Catfights and Spotlights was bad but I'd rather listen to that, at least 'You On A Good Day' was a great song, and the sound of the album was a little different. I loved Change. It's a shame.

Catfights and Spotlights was pretty much Keisha's doing. It was basically her album that she pushed for. So if you hate that album, surely it's better Keisha is gone?

They were getting extremely stale as a group. Keisha was evidently not very nice to work with if Heidi and Amelle were willing to quit the band instead of continuing with her. Jade is a brilliant addition and you should give them a chance.

I don't really like any of the new songs at all. And its nothing to do with Keisha leaving because I didn't like Get Sexy either.

No it's not better she's gone, anyone can make a mistake....the fact there isn't any original members has killed it for me

I'm not a particularly big fan, I know their singles but never bought an album. The Keisha version of 'About A Girl' is approx 100, 000, 000 times better than the single version. I've done the research, it's a fact. Accept it

Everytime an original member has left they have lost something .. and it's a joke that they can still be called 'Sugababes' but not have an original member in it.

I think most of the public view them as a joke now ... I can't count the amount of times I've heard jokes about them recently .. 'Mock the Week'8 out of 10 Cats' ... etc etc.

They are not the 'Sugababes' ... that's gone.

Jade's voice is MILES above Keisha's.

Keisha's versions of About A Girl and Wear My Kiss were horrendous.

Jade.Jade.Jade.

Catfights & Spotlights was a dreadful album, but wasnt it Keisha who pushed them down that route? she wanted a more 'urban' sound, and it backfired. i actually quite liked 'change'. but the girls do need to keep developing there sound otherwise they wont fit in. i agree that its just not the same without Keisha, but i accept the new line-up, its better than nothing.

Been a fan since the beginning (One Touch era). TIMY is my favourite album of theirs but I'm loving the new one, a lot of it is generic pop/dance/r'n'b but there is some classic Sugababes in there, they haven't lost their sound - extraordinarily.

I pretty much feel the same way, I use to be a huge fan of the band but over the years, I think they've lost their appeal.

Their last two albums wasn't their best but now since, Keisha is no longer, it's like a whole new band and even their new material is nothing great to make me want to buy their new album and support them, the days of Taller In More Ways and Three, are well and truly gone, When the Sugababes were at their best musically.

I agree. To be honest, my interest did start to wane after Mutya left because I liked her voice the most but I still enjoyed some of their stuff. Now I just find them boring.

Get Sexy and Wear My Kiss are fun and rubbish throwaway pop songs. I think Sugababes only qualify as a guilty pleasure now which is so weird when thinking back to the first line-up!

I only really know their singles and not their albums.

I think they began to slide down the pan after Mutya left. They used to be an interesting sort of edgy girl band, then their image and songs changed for the worst. They could be any other girl group now. I haven't cared for their recent material.

Is it just me who doesn't give a crap whether or not any of the members are 'original' members or not?

I will at least give them a chance, rather than just being childish about it.

Wear My Kiss is good. I also like About a Girl. Little Miss Everything is good too.

I agree that they aren't as edgy as they were, but I don't think their new sound is anything like what is out there now tbh.

It just feels like a brand than a band to me now. The record company have the impression it doesn't matter who's in it they are still a Sugababe! I disagree - I fell in love with an edgy surly dancemove free group, they lost something when Siobhan left but still had an edge when Heidi joined. Mutya leaving was the big turning point, but I was willing to give Amelle a go....she's OK but not a patch on Mutya.

I really like 4.0

I like them even more since learning that Keisha was such an absolute c**t that she forced Heidi and Amelle to quit the band.

Heidi is the sweetest girl in pop so I dont for one second doubt Keisha is a nasty piece of work, I hope her solo career flop like her oversized ego
