I've had the week off work, so had the pleasure of watching this programme. Overall, very entertaining.
The interior designer today riled me - so pompous! Hilarious that he came last

Mind you, Ben's interior may have been OTT, but it knocked spots off hers. Not so much variety in today's, in that that three of the homes had a glossy, contemporary feel, whereas there have been some more unusual and unique (some scary) ones. Well worth watching the previous 4 new episodes on ITV catch up. All very different, but great fun.

I liked the opera singer, especially the bit at the end where he was at the piano with his cat. I hope they have another series. |

I’m wondering how they can spin this out to last an hour and what happens on Friday – an hour discussing the scores?

Sry to bore but this really is just CDWM without the meals , i'm struggling to care or like any of todays contestants and that is the problem I will have with the show going forward - it basically seems to be people bragging and wanting to be centre of attention - not my cup of tea.
Better than House Gift though! |

Could it be any more like Come Dine With Me?
I suppose in a few weeks time, we'll have a celebrity version, seeing as ITV have trouble coming up with anything original that doesn't have slebs in these days..... |

I think we will be spared a celeb one. A lot of the clebs do CDWM in a borrowed house.

Oh gosh I nearly forgot this was on. I first saw the Christmas one and haven't laughed so much in ages. I said I really must make an effort to watch this but I forgot and found it by chance again half way through yesterday.
I'm glued as I'm loving the mix of people they've found for it. Currently hoping 'The Lurve Shack' isn't today's winner, although it could do with some money spending on it for sure!

They probably thought she needed the money so she could move out of the shed.

Curses. I was thwarted but the other two ladies seemed to like her and over-mark a fair bit.
Gemo, did you happen to notice who the voice over said that the builder guy is related to? The phone rang and I missed it - it's bugging me now. |

I think Jamie Benton Jones is the son of Sir Simon Benton Jones.
I’m pretty sure, ages, marriage dates and even the age of the wee one all fit. |

Did anyone see the episode on Monday 10 January, 2011? It featured a German guy called Attila Davici and I absolutely loved his property. I am desperate to know what paint colour he used in his kitchen/diner and throughout his pad. It was a dark greenish colour that seemed to change to a greyish blue depending on the light. It looked particularly fabulous as a backdrop for his raspberry sofa. How would I ever find out?
