Ah, the usual 'brush-off' response. And a fat lot of good it does passing the audience log to programme commissioners, executives and management. What people need is a direct link to BBC technicians, not management who fart about.
Years ago, I complained to BBC Scotland about the Dolby pro-logic surround sound being muddled up (dialogue was coming from the surround speakers, rather than the centre speaker, or something along those lines). The Engineering technician at the time managed to speak with me and agreed there was a discrepancy in the audio multiplexing.
