Can anyone tell me why Sally Webster is behaving the way she is?
I heard that Sally Whittaker was pregnant and was leaving on maternity leave but I don't know if this is true?
Anyhow, I wish someone would shut her up!!!

it's a ridiculous storyline but yes she's already been off and had her baby. She's been back a couple of months or so. lol isn't it funny how no-one even noticed that she wasn't in the street for months?

So where are they going with this storyline?
It's getting to the stage that I am shouting at the TV every time she opens her mouth and that is not good!!!!!

She's had the sort of personality transplant that usually only happens on Eastenders.

Yeh should say something shouldn't it.

I've just watched the repeat episode on itv2, Blimy, How long before kevin goes looking elsewhere for his fishfingers! and who this time!

Just thinking about it anyone got the number of the hitman, that Cyndi Beal hired in EE and few years back, I know he wasn't a great target but he's had some time to practice since then.

off to phone maureen

Too right (not that I watch EE anymore...)
She's turned into Super Bitch - especially to Kevin.
Did you see the other day when she said they only got back together because of the girls?
What is her problem?

Sophieee should keep harping on about what she is gonna get if Rurseyyy has all this money spent on her at the acting school ( she needs it too LOL ) i shout at the tv everytime Sally goes on about letting Rurseyyy have the funds, and poor Sophieeee gets nothing, someone give her the number for childline ! as her mother has gone psycho

I like Sally, she is one of my fave characters!

It was so hilarious when she was doing that “la la la la la, pa pa pa pa pa” thing with Rosie!

I know I'm in the minority but I think this storyline is hilarious.

Poor Ken tonight though when Dozy finished her Romeo & Juliet scene & Sally was applauding & Ken felt obliged to join in.

Trouble is I was watching Coronation St Secrets yesterday, and although she was on as herself I still get away from the urge to slap her (must remember this is a new tele, and must not do it), I just find her annoying now!

I think it is utterly hilarious. I love the way Sally Whittaker is playing it straight. In a way I think they are setting up the next generation of Sarahs and Traceys. Cant you see it in 5 years time. Webster no.1 is a complete snob, while no.2 is a tearaway wit h resentment issues? I think Corrie are looking at the big picture with this one and keeping us entertained along the way

I think it's brilliant. She's just so typical of the pushy showbiz type mother who can't let her (untalented) daughter simply enjoy her singing and dancing. I think the reactions of Kevin and Sophie are hilarious too, as well as ken's embarrassment - and one of the best bits I've seen recently was Rita telling Sally what she thought of her.

I think Kevin will move on fairly soon. I mean, she was totally broke wasnt she when she wasnt with Kevin - and yet now she is thinking about splashing out on private schools !!! How much can a street mechanic earn

I think Kevin should leave again. Look at martin, although he is shaked up with a smurf he has at least moved on and got his own life back

The problem is that theres no real storylines for Sally and Kevin anymore (what with them both having had affairs, split up, got back together, Sally running her own business, it not working etc etc) so they are having to come up with inane ones involving the children so that we can see them in some other context than being in the background at the pub. I agree that parts of this storyline have been funny but theres only so many times I can stand Kevin and Sally having the very same argument and yet I fear there are more to come

Perhaps the storyline involving rosie is because they will use it for when the actor who plays her actually leaves.
