No, it means that two of the girls (Cheryl/Nadine) are already in a feud and that's why Nadine may or may not have slept with Ashley.

Sounds like something out of Footballer's Wives. I don't believe it, though. I think that if this was true, the papers would have revealed it long ago. It's just idle speculation and someone who added two and two and made seven.
