I do think they are trying to put a bit more varied content in it, this week besides the obligatory Jason and two couples still left in we have had behind the scenes at the skateoff announcement (Philip knows ages before he tells each couple they are safe!), another visit to wardrobe, a preview of the pro routine, a bit of discussion about judging with T&D and Emma.

They probably didn't pick Frankie to do it because she isn't very tall!

So Emma says she likes to give constructive criticism, and T & D agree with the judges doing so. But pray tell me how Emma, in so many words, telling Dr Hilary that the show will be all the better when he goes as the show can really start then, is constructive criticism for him to take away and digest? What on earth is constructive about what she said? Even though I did want him to go as he was an appalling Ice Skater.

I enjoyed watching a wee sneak peak of Hayley's and Dan's jump just after the break....puts my mind at ease a bit, as she looked like she was doing really well

It was true though. One of the few things I wholeheartedly agree with her saying. He stayed far too long as it was...

I would have said that once up in the air it was inevitable that they would land the jumps-gravity you know

That's true. It would actually be extremely impressive if a skater didn't land a jump. Not only would we get a preview of a flying routine without a wire but they'd also have managed to defy one of the basic laws of physics! Worth extra points surely?

Land well is possibly what should have been said?

I see they were still dragging out the Sharron saga as far as possible. And gave Jason a chance to be santimonious about his decision not to shake her hand after she was voted off.

The pro routine looks great - always love to see Fred and Mel!

Chris looked rather humourless when Ben tried to make that joke about him turning his piece of silk into a shirt!

Just caught up with this as I went to the Pub with my brothers to watch the Rugby.

Pro routine looks good.

Given that they showed a preview of Mikey & Mel's routine, they obviously film this earlier in the week as he was sick today and missed training.
