DOI Friday last week - when the mums had the opportunity to put him atop the bonfire before lighting the match turned out to be such a damp squib.

They had the perfect opportunity to challenge, yet chose not to jeopardise the chances of their offspring. My jaw dropped when Kate Robbins actually used the word gracious in association with his 'apology' to Sharron despite his assertion that he does not regret any critiques. . Emily has no chance - Kate missed a golden opportunity.

Can't even remember the other mums - was Kieron's one of them - and did she offer any criticism?

She was politely critical of the stuff he'd said about Kieron's body shape, I think. That was about it. It was always going to be like that though - the mums were never going to launch into some tirade against him.

I'd have much rather just heard the mums talk - Jason on these shows is always a waste of time.
